Dr. Navdeep Aulakh, DDS
Dr. Aulakh graduated from Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (University of the Pacific) San Francisco after she completed her undergraduate studies from UoP Stockton. She has been a resident of San Jose for the last 21 years and is actively involved in the community.
Dr. Aulakh practices general dentistry and strives to ensure that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. She is committed to providing state-of-the-art dentistry in a friendly environment. She has received advanced training in all aspects of General and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Aulakh is highly experienced in Oral Surgery, Children's and Elderly dentistry. She has dedicated hundreds of hours to advanced continuing education, which allows her to keep current with the changing technology and procedures in dentistry. She is a certified provider of INVISALIGN "No Braces" orthodontic technique and Oral Sedation dentistry.
Dr. Aulakh is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Santa Clara Dental Society, Punjabi Dental Society and Alpha Sigma Lambda – A National Honor Society
Dr. Aulakh is married to her husband Ravi, and has two children. When not practicing dentistry she enjoys gardening, travel and spending time with her family.
Dr. Kevin Hashemi, DDS
Upon his graduation from University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1991, Dr. Hashemi has been providing quality dental care in the San Jose area. He is highly trained and experienced in all aspects of dentistry with strong emphasis on function, reconstruction and esthetics. He strives to provide the highest quality care using the best materials, techniques and equipment available today in order to assure the best results for his patients based on their needs and desires.
Dr. Hashemi lives in San Jose with his wife and son.

Dr. Iris Erdell, DDS, MS (Orthodontist)
Dr. Iris Erdell specializes in providing quality orthodontic care for children, adolescents and adults.
Dr. Erdell grew up near Munich, Germany and received her D.D.S. degree from University of Regensburg. She then continued her education, earning a specialty degree in orthodontics at Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (University of the Pacific) San Francisco. She received the Arthur A. Dugoni award for clinical excellence.
Throughout her career, Dr. Erdell has gained tremendous and valuable expertise by working within multiple practice types. Doing so has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of how to efficiently achieve the best orthodontic treatment results for her patients.
As an orthodontic specialist, Dr. Erdell holds membership in the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists.
In her free time, Dr. Erdell enjoys spending time with her family
Dr. Wen Fan, DMD, MD (Oral Surgeon)
Dr. Fan completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA where he graduated with honors and completed a thesis in the field of vascular surgery. He went on to attend Harvard School of Dental Medicine and obtained his DMD degree. At Harvard, Dr. Fan was awarded the Silver Award (salutatorian) for overall academic achievement and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. During his studies in Boston, he also conducted research in craniofacial anomalies and published his findings in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Fan went on to complete his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at UCLA Medical Center. During this time, he also attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA to receive his medical degree and completed one year of General Surgery residency. He maintains an active license in dentistry, medicine, and general anesthesia. Dr. Fan enjoys hiking, traveling and eating out with his wife and son.
Dr. Reza Riahi, DDS, MMSc (Endodontist)
Dr. Reza Riahi grew up in the Bay Area and has been in practice since 2004. He received baccalaureate degrees in Biochemistry and Systems Physiology from San Jose State University with high honors. After working as a Research Chemist for several years he embarked on a career in dental medicine. Dr. Riahi graduated from the University of the Pacific Dental School with highest honors, earning numerous distinctions in academic, research, and clinical fields. Having focused his interest in Endodontics, he continued his training and completed a three year fellowship in advanced Endodontic education at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine earning a certificate in Endodontics and a Masters in Medical Sciences in the field of Oral Biology. Dr. Riahi conducted three years of research at the distinguished Forsyth Institute in Boston known for its research in oral and craniofacial sciences. He was an associate clinical instructor at the Postdoctoral Endodontic division of Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he also taught Advanced Head and Neck Anatomy. Dr. Riahi is presently on the board of Mid Peninsula Dental Society and an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association. He cherishes spending time with his wife, Dr. Minaj Naimi, daughter Nava, son Navid, and enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, photography, and playing soccer.
Dr. Tamer Alpagot, DDS, PhD (Periodontist)
Dr. Tamer Alpagot is a Full-Professor in the Department of Periodontics, University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He also taught in the Division of Periodontics at the University of Minnesota before joining the faculty in the Department of Periodontics at the University of the Pacific in 1996. Dr. Alpagot has a strong background in clinical research and has been the recipient of numerous grants from the National Institute of Health and the National Institute of Dental Research. He has given scientific presentations in national and international dental meetings, and is the author of various publications in the field of Periodontology. Dr. Alpagot is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American and California Dental Associations, American and International Associations of Dental Research.
